ManagePM is a value based, quality, integrated computer system. Our software will methodically schedule preventative maintenance for all your equipment. This will reduce your downtime and maximize your profitability by allowing you to concentrate on your business, instead of scheduling repair.

It is less expensive to schedule periodic maintenance, than suffer the penalty of down time. Computer management is not as costly as typically believed. Paper or spreadsheets bear higher overhead penalties when you factor in the actual costs caused from problems such as staff overtime, increased utilities, communication delays and inventory mismanagement.

Specifications and Options

  Equipment Module

• Records serial number, model number, vendor and manufacturer´s information and warranty.
Location in facility, building, floor, room and zone.
• Define routes through facility.
• User defined nameplate data.
• User defined meter labels by type and reading history as they are taken.
• Define normal operating levels (these appear on work orders with the two previous).
• Pervious Work Order and maintenance history.
• Define standard operating procedures.
• Define safety procedures.
• Records self look-up associated tasks by equipment type to expedite data entry.
• Assign additional tasks by from library or create your own.
• View each crews tasks separately.
• View summary of materials required.
• Field Level security definable for each login account.
• Pop-up lists available on many fields, filtered by equipment type.
Sort and wildcard search available throughout including summary fields.

  Task Module

(accessed subordinately from equipment and work orders).
• Assign multiple tasks among different crews.
• Define frequency in weeks or years.
• Add from existing library or create on demand.
• Edit description, materials, quantities, crew, projected hours and job number.
• Clone tasks for new equipment associations.
• Pop-up lists available, filtered by equipment type.

  Work Order Module

• Generate PM sets of work orders by schedule, demand or meter reading.
Schedule WO's by crew and frequency for the fiscal year with associated hours at a glance.
• View open and closed WO's differentiated by color coding option.
Update actual parts and labor used before closing.
• Enter any notes or comments before closing.
Associate drawings or other documents to printed with work order.
Stagger WO's by week to prevent different crews from overlapping.
• Define communication procedures and associated contact.
• Define PM procedures to use.
• View associated tasks, needed supplies and their quantities.
• View task log and open as set for editing.

  Custom Reports

• Create reports that automatically apply font styles, including color and size, based on calculations that you specify. For example, calculations results, such as an expired renewal date, can be automatically formatted in a bold, red, 14-point font
• Specify a background color that can alternate by row for easier viewing of information.
• Specify portal specific sort orders and starting portal row number.
• Sort reports based on summary fields.

  Options

PDA module allows work order tasks to be downloaded to PDA and update system when done.
Work request module allows permitted people to create a work request via web browser.
Web publishing so that any permitted person can access via browser.
Labor module can be integrated to mange crew staff and hours.
Bar codes may printed on work orders, equipment stickers and name tags to expedite work.

  Database Engine

• Developed with administrator's favorite, cross-platform, fully relational FileMaker Pro.
• File Server Options for Windows 95/98/NT/2000, Macintosh OSX/Classic and Linux.
• Client Options for MS SQL Server and Oracle Databases.
• Integration into Legacy Systems.
• Database can hold up to 8 terabytes of information overall.
• Fields can store 2 gigabytes each.
Imbed or link to files such as pictures, PDF, movies, spreadsheets, Word documents and more.
• Uses XML and XSLT to generate results in many different formats, including CHTML, XHTML, RTF, and XML, supporting wireless devices and other applications.
Remote administration.
• Built-in security to provide SSL encryption of data transferred on the web.
• Use ODBC and JDBC connectivity features to build interfaces to software applications so information
can be shared universally.*
• Use popular tools such as DreamWeaver MX, Adobe GoLive CS, and Microsoft FrontPage to build JSP or ASP websites to share over the web.
• Replicate FileMaker data in other products so you can take advantage of other reporting tools such as Crystal Reports and Microsoft Office.
• Import data from Microsoft Access on Windows via ODBC.
• Link to Microsoft Office on Windows via ODBC.
• Use SQL to interface with enterprise CRM systems such as SalesLogix and Siebel.
